This new home offers a feeling of traditional luxury and modern convenience with less environmental impact. Residence in Southwest Gainesville

A custom designed and built home in Southwest Gainesville. Our first project ever, this home was begun in 1997 prior to the formation of Ivan Solbach Company, Inc. It began at a very modest size and was added on to and remodeled over the next several years. The kitchen/dining area, and two bathrooms are featured here.

     
Entertainment Room near Newberry

This project was an interior remodel in which a built-in entertainment wall and elevated seating platform were installed in an existing living space. The residence is located near Newberry, Florida. The clients wanted a space where they could congregate with their children and grandchildren during family gatherings and also enjoy movies and television on their own. Master Bedroom/Bath Addition in Northwest Gainesville

This project was a custom designed home addition and remodel in Northwest Gainesville . The home was originally built in the early 1980's. The clients wanted to update their small master bedroom and bath into a “master suite” similar to those offered in new homes. We added 338 square feet to serve as the new master bedroom and vanity/whirlpool tub area of the bathroom. The former master bedroom and bath were converted into a home office, larger walk-in closet, and toilet and shower area.
