About Us

Ivan Solbach Company, Inc. is a small business specializing in residential construction, and serving Gainesville, Florida and the surrounding area. It was established by Ivan Solbach and his wife, Jennifer, in 2004. Ivan is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, with ten years of experience in construction, repairs, and maintenance. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Florida in 2000.

At Ivan Solbach Company, we take pride in our custom designs, high quality craftsmanship, and personal service. Energy efficiency and environmental awareness are also high priorities. Our goal is to build only high quality energy efficient projects, while providing excellent value and great service to our clients.
